The process for booking with Audio Trio

First: Email or call Audio Trio to check the availability.

Second: Set up an appointment with Audio Trio

• During the appointment the bride and groom will meet a representative from Audio Trio at a restaurant
• This appointment is usually 6-12 months prior to the wedding
• All food and beverage costs associated with this appointment will be covered by Audio Trio
• During the appointment the future bride and groom will present any questions they may have, become informed of how everything will be set up, and sign a contract

Third: Keep in contact over the final months/weeks

• Any last song request updates, names of members in the weddings, and final updates will come up during this period.

Fourth: The big day

• Audio Trio will come to your event 1 hour early for set up
• All equipment will be ready to go and 2 dj's will be stationed at your wedding
• We will have a comment form that goes out at the end of the night that is very important to us. This also assures the bride and groom that they will be given the highest quality service from Audio Trio!
